general :

I have the right to decline any and all commissions with or without giving reason to the customer.
I may decline to work with any cbc material I am uncomfortable with for any reason. Please disclose if your character is a cbc/kinsona before I start work on your commission!
Any commissioned art may be used as an example. If you are explicitly uncomfortable with this, please let me know.
My art is not for commercial use without prior discussion. This includes the making of NFTs. Commissioned art may not be displayed by, manipulated by, or used to train any type of AI.
You may not trace, recolor, edit, reproduce, or claim commissioned art as your own.
Do not remove my signature or watermark.

payment :

I only take payment in USD via Paypal or Kofi. Payment should be done upfront, within 48 hours of the commission.
Refunds are as follows:
+ sketch 75%
+ lineart - 40%
+ flat color - 20%
Refunds may always be up for discussion based on the situation and type of work.
Updates will be sent for each stage. If you have changes to be made, I expect to be notified as soon as possible! Large changes, especially after the lineart stage, may have additional fees.

turnaround :

Turnaround time can be anywhere from 2 weeks - 1 month. I will notify customers of any delays or issues.
If you need something within a specific or rushed timeframe, please let me know. Rush fees may apply.

designs :

Designs may be changed as much as you'd like as long as there is some resemblance to the original and credit is still provided.
Designs may not be sold for a higher price than purchased unless there is additional art or literature.
Rejected design drafts may be reused (depending on similarity to final product).
